Return and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, eyelash products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your claim, we will gladly provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
